Edward (Mickey) Klink holds a PhD in New Testament from the University of St. Andrews, and is currently associate professor of New Testament at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, and Pastor of Young Adults at Calvary Church of Placentia, both in southern California. In addition to being the author of several scholary articles in New Testament and theology, Dr. Klink is the author of The Sheep of the Fold: The Audience and Origin of the Gospel of John (Cambridge University Press, 2007), editor of The Audience of the Gospels: The Origin and Function of the Gospels in Early Christianity (T. & T. Clark, 2010), and is currently writing Types of Biblical Theology (Zondervan, 2012) and John in the Zondervan Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament series (Zondervan, 2014). Dr. Klink is passionate about his calling to an academic ministry where his teaching, research, and ministerial relationships become a witness to Christ and a service to the Church. He and his wife, Laura, are both originally from the midwest, and they have two sons, Jacob and Benjamin.
