To help us serve you as you donate stocks, bonds or other securities, please:

  1. Notify Us

    Please notify us that you are making a gift. You can also contact us by fax, letter, or email:

    Please include in your fax, letter or e-mail the following information:

    • Your name and address
    • The date of the gift
    • The name of the security and the number of shares you are donating
    • The name and location of your broker
    • The designation of your gift (e.g. Talbot Student Aid Fund, gym expansion project, etc)

  2. If you plan to donate electronically, give your brokerage our information

    Biola University currently uses Ameritrade, a discount brokerage service. If you plan to donate electronically, please give your broker the following information:

    DTC clearing #0188
    Account #190-253690
    Biola University, Inc.

    If your broker is Ameritrade as well, you will just need to use the account number (190-253690 - not the DTC clearing number).

  3. If you have possession of the actual stock certificates, you may mail or deliver them to us

    UNDER SEPARATE COVER, send us properly endorsed stock power forms to authorize us to negotiate those certificates. It is best not to sign over the stock certificate to Talbot or Biola for security and processing reasons.
