Mom, homemaker, spiritual director, and math teacher
Degree: M.A. Soul Care
Why did you choose to come to ISF?
I chose ISF because I knew there was something more to my faith. I felt like I was going through the motions as a Christian and was not deeply aware of my daily need for a Savior. I was convinced that ISF would be an avenue that God could use to help me to see Him more truly and myself more truly.
How are you using your ISF degree today?
Since graduating from ISF, I haven't found an area of my life where I have not applied my experience in the program. "Where is God in this?" seems to always be an applicable question. However, I apply my degree most consistently in how I engage with my husband and children as a homemaker as well as with my church community and spiritual directees. Conversations and direction are threaded with what I learned and experienced at ISF.
