Departure Cards
Departure Cards must be filled out and submitted to the Registrar's Office no later than Friday, May 25 at 4 p.m. Please obtain signatures from all other departments before obtaining the signature from the Registrar's Office. Departure cards can be turned in beginning Monday, May 7, 2007.
