Services & Celebrations
Commencement Rehearsal (Mandatory)
Friday, December 19, 2008 at 12 noon in Chase Gymnasium. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to rehearsal.
Talbot Reception
Immediately following Commencement, Talbot will host a reception for graduates and their guests in Myers Hall.

Graduation Counselor
Graduate students are required to make an appointment with Indra Ragoonanan (562-903-4720) at least one semester prior to graduation. She checks records to make sure all of the requirements are met in order to graduate. She also orders diplomas and mails them out after graduation.
Graduating in Absentia
Students must present a written request to graduate in absentia to the dean of their school at least one month prior to graduation. The dean then approves the request and forwards a copy of the approval letter to the Registrar's office. For more information, please contact the Registrar's Office (562-903-4720).
