Talbot Philosophical Society
Purpose of TPS
The Talbot Philosophical Society is the primary student group for the MA Philosophy program at Talbot. TPS exists to (1) help philosophy students develop professionally outside the classroom (especially those continuing on to PhD work, (2) encourage community building among all philosophy students, and (3) the pursuit of our TPS motto: "Truth and Virtue".
TPS is entirely run by students. Officers are appointed at least once a year. They coordinate with the philosophy department through the department secretary.

The society operates its own website at talbotphilosophicalsociety.org . Please visit the site for updates, resources, contact information, and blog posts.
